Hello, We appreciate you sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration you may have experienced with our website. We understand your concerns and would like to provide some clarification on how our billing process works. Our service works through a subscription model. After the initial fee, which grants full access to all features, such as unlimited resumes and cover letters, job application tips, expert-written content, etc., if the subscription is not cancelled within 14 days, it automatically renews into a paid monthly plan to maintain uninterrupted access. These conditions are presented during the registration process, including at the point of purchase, within the terms and conditions, and again in the confirmation email sent immediately after the initial payment. This message outlines the subscription terms, billing frequency, and cancellation information with the intention of maintaining and ensuring full transparency. You can also see it reflected in your account details: "Settings/Subscription Overview/View billing history". Additionally, please note that our services only charge for active subscriptions. We understand and recognize the importance of clarity at all stages of the customer experience, and we remain committed to providing dedicated assistance. To provide you with the support you need, please look for a message from Trustpilot asking for your account information. We are fully committed to changing your opinion about us and ensuring you receive the excellent customer service we take pride in. Best regards, The FlexJobs Team
