Dear Fliptwirls Support Team, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding Order ID 91004529685243. I do not want a refund; I require the exact product I ordered to be delivered immediately. Please note the following serious issues with this order: Significant Delivery Delay: My order was placed on March 14, 2026. According to the tracking details from Bigfoot Retail Solutions Private Limited, it was not delivered until April 6, 2026. This is an unacceptable delay of over three weeks. Incorrect Product Delivered: I specifically ordered a Philips Viva Collection Induction Cooktop (HD4938/01) for ₹3959. However, the package I received contains a Pigeon brand induction cooktop. Missing Items: The complimentary gift that was supposed to be included with my purchase is also missing from the package. Order Details: Order ID: 91004529685243 AWB Number: 1904067171310 Expected Product: Philips Viva Collection Induction Cooktop (HD4938/01) Received Product: Pigeon Induction Cooktop I have attached the unboxing video and the delivery confirmation as proof. I request that you arrange a priority pickup for the incorrect Pigeon unit and send the correct Philips induction cooktop along with the missing gift immediately. I look forward to your immediate confirmation of the replacement shipment.

Absolutely fraudulent shopping website appears in Google which did not deliver prepaid order after a lapse of more than one month and repeated email correspondence with its Customer Service with no phone call facility available and ultimately cancelled prepaid order with NO REFUND. Police complaint was lodged against them with Cyber crime P. S. So Beware of this corrupted website.
