Even I have placed an Order ID: 91008594704710, DTD. 13-10-2026. Later I came to know it's a scam. In order to get your money and prevent others.
Just call to 1930 or Report on National Cyber Crime
& Also register your grievance on National Consumer Helpline website (Search in Google) by furnishing all the necessary details alongwith necessary attachmens such as order details, payment details and Fliptwirls complete address etc. It's the best way to hit Fliptwirls Management.
If you send reviews on Google or other platforms nothing is going to happen.
Be aware and make others to aware by taking stringent action.

Fliptwirls is a completely fake e-commerce website. They lure you in by showing attractive prices on products, but it is all a scam to steal your money. Once you place an order and they take your money, they never deliver the product and they absolutely refuse to issue a refund.
Their customer support is completely non-existent. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times across every possible channel—over phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails—but they completely ignore messages and disconnect or ignore calls. They just take the cash and go completely silent.
Please save your hard-earned money and peace of mind. Never order anything from this site! If you are reading this, please take a moment to flag and report Fliptwirls on every platform possible to prevent others from falling into their trap.

Dear Fliptwirls , I may be updated with the Required status of AC stabiliser Order ID: 91006427675729 Order Date & Time: 5/1/2026, 7:09:27 PM Email: durgaprasad@xxxxxxx . Despite constant reminders, chasings , telephonic talks etc, the above order is not be considered . Paid prepaid approx 2500- 3000 in advance; neither it's delivering my product nor cancelling my order nor refunding a single paise. Till now the FRAUD WITH NAME AND TITLE FRAUD. MR & MRS FRAUD COMPANY.

I have ordered Anker Soundcore R50i earpods on amount INR 1069 (COD), i have already checked their return/ Refund policy on COD. They mentioned that first open and check item than pay to delivery person. On 9th day order received. I told him delivery boy to let me open and check thenn if everything will ok, I will pay. He denied and aked me to not receive the item. But I need it for return gift that to my wife. He suggest me to make a video of parcel opening as a proof. After make payment, I make a proper video of package opening. In that parcel I got a cheap quality earpods. I immediate call on fliptwirls and they asked to send video. I do the the same. After 2 days they send me email that my complaint is invalid. They can't do anything return/refund. They are also not picking my call anymore. Most of the details are wrong on website etc to show that they are customer centric, all lies. I searched other contact nos. to resolve my issue then I got that some "Green web software pvt ltd, dewas, MP"is operating this fliptwirls online platform. This whole company is making fool to our indian customer. How these frausters are allowed to make money from wrong ways. I will put my grevience to consumer court ( I have all valid proof) except compaint id.

I have placed an order for Crucial X10 Portable SSD 1 TB with FlipTwirls and the GPay for Rs.16,899/- was paid to their allied company Green Web Software Development Pvt. Ltd.
Despite 11 days, as on 19.08.2026, neither they supplied, nor their telephone (080-47154521) is working. I have written an email complaint seeking full refund to the ID that was mentioned on their website.

Lodge a compaint with Cyber Crime dail 1930 or visit cyber crime police station and register your Complaint with payment details. Certainly you will get the payment
This is a fake website. I lost about 16k. They don’t pick up calls. They disconnect calls. They don’t send your product or return the cash if order is cancelled. I have raised a cybercrime complaint. I have raised a credit card dispute for this transaction. This was such a stupid decision recently. If you are planning a purchase here, just run away. Stay away from this company at any cost. Never buy anything from here. I also found that there is no such company in the given address.
I ordered a 32 inch TV in May 2026 and paid thru Amazon pay wallet as directed. The tracking link gives "out scanned to network" this date but neither it was delivered nor cancellation respected, 45 emails were exchanged but refund was not made, now they donot respond to email either. No body answer phone no provided.
Please never buy any product from Fliptwirls.com. I order a sony earphone cost of 1900 and they send me a boat 100 rupees duplicate earphone. And costomer care not receiving my call. So don't fall with this type of non recognised shopping platform.

Really this is fraud website. It sells product other than you ordered. No coustomer support. Product handling is very bad. I ordered headphone. When I seen the product i understood it is fake because it's size is very small.
This Website is fraud. I have ordered MIVI earbuds but recieve 100rs local earbuds. You won't get same product that you ordered. there product listing is fake. Govt should take action on them. They reject your return without any reason. No customer support channel. They are just here to fraud random good people in our country india. such companies just here to defame country trust. shame on you. where will you go by just conning people for just few amount.
