I ordered a phone from Fliptwirls and paid ₹15,000 online. It has been a terrible experience. My order was never delivered, and the company has completely stopped responding.
They do not reply to emails, and they never answer their phone calls. There is no customer support or communication at all.
I strongly advise everyone not to buy any product from this website. Based on my experience, this company appears to be a scam. Please be careful and avoid losing your money.

This is online fraudsters. Website made to cheat public. I had order a TV and paid Rs. 17400/- 2 months back. They called me and said they cant supply the product and cancelled my order. It's 1 month they haven't refunded the money. My order no. #91001511462130. Please don't loose your money.

Ordered JBL earphones, but received a used OnePlus product instead. No bill, no warranty card, no user manual, nothing was included in the package.
Customer care is not responding to calls or emails. Very disappointing service.

Pathetic experience, no customer care support. No communication, there is a 2 month delay in my order and no updates have been provided to me, neither are they reachable via mobile. Absolute unprofessional behaviour, I would call them a fraud.
