I just request everyone who sees my message not to purchase from these company,this company has straight forward stolen my money.they are theif.they pretend for some day that you will be refunded and then they don't give reply
This is a fraud company.It has cheated me.They assured me about my refund and now no reply from them.I am still trying, sending emails as their customer care is not receiving phone,but don't know whether they will be able to give anymore reply in email,if still this company is on internet, as I find them to be a deliberate theif mentality whose will is not permitting their conscience to pay back customers money,their tendency of stealing money may be holding them back to reply in email.
I don't understand one thing with this company is that HR priya who is handling the email is not capable to sort out the matter.she transfers the matter to different department,to senior executive etc, just to refund a minor amount.and still the matter is not sort out.Is there any one in their company who could sort out the matter in a day , and not linger for months and still no result .
What to say in praise of this third grade company,who is just passing the complaint from one concerned person to other concerned department then to their senior ,and now no response my order was booked on 30 th March and I haven't received my product nor they have refunded the money,in between when I asked them to cancel the order if they are incapable of delivering the order,they told we will cancel and refund you ,and since then their refund was in process,and in process andin process ,but I didn't recieved my refund,on enquiring,they asked for bank details and Google pay details to make the refund successful,now I was wondering if I wouldn't have enquired about my refund,then what process was going on,on enquiring they ask for banking details, Ok I still provided them with banking details and on enquiring about refund after providing the banking details,they said we are transferring it to our senior executive to make the refund ASAP. And few days gone after that and they are not responding to mails ..oh God mera paisa !!! Ab kisko puchun...this company seems to be fraud,I feel so harrassed for their acts.. Just thinking how to deal with them,they don't receive calls,their customer care executive are dormant I think so,now they have stopped responding to email ,don't know the company,don't know their identity....are they really a company or theives ,can't understand...
The best thing about this company is ,this company is responding to mails,but no one is receiving calls in customer care,but it's very sympathetic that they are writing back the same thing again and again...like I have a refund request and they say that your request is in our process and u will be refunded as soon as possible, then after few days when I write how long will it take to credit the amount to my account,they reply your request is our process and you will be refunded as soon as possible.so I wonder how long will or for how many time I have to hear that refund request is in our process,and you will be paid as soon as possible.
This company Fliptwirls,responded to my mail,they said we are forwarding it to the concerned department and you will get your refund ASAP,few days later mailed again how long will it take to credit into my account,the company replied we recieved your mail and we are forwarding it to the concerned department,you will recieve your refund by 7-10 days,now I fear if every time they say that they have received refund request and are forwarding it to the concerned department,then are they really looking into the matter or they have a already set reply which they copy paste each time.
I ordered a mobile on 30th March 2026 and it's 27th April and my order status on their page shows pending.I have mailed them and talked to their customer care ,but they are not providing me any solution,their HR told me that she will forward my issue to the concern department,and they will sort out my issue,and no concern department took any follow up and when wrote about this to the HR,she has not replied.
