-5 points I have ordered Anker Soundcore R50i earpods on amount INR 1069 (COD), i have already checked their return/ Refund policy on COD. They mentioned that first open and check item than pay to delivery person. On 9th day order received. I told him delivery boy to let me open and check thenn if everything will ok, I will pay. He denied and aked me to not receive the item. But I need it for return gift that to my wife. He suggest me to make a video of parcel opening as a proof. After make payment, I make a proper video of package opening. In that parcel I got a cheap quality earpods. I immediate call on fliptwirls and they asked to send video. I do the the same. After 2 days they send me email that my complaint is invalid. They can't do anything return/refund. They are also not picking my call anymore. Most of the details are wrong on website etc to show that they are customer centric, all lies. I searched other contact nos. to resolve my issue then I got that some "Green web software pvt ltd, dewas, MP"is operating this fliptwirls online platform. This whole company is making fool to our indian customer. How these frausters are allowed to make money from wrong ways. I will put my grevience to consumer court ( I have all valid proof) except compaint id.
