Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We believe this review may not be related to Fostani.com, as some of the points mentioned don’t reflect our policies or practices. For clarity: We do not charge a 15% restocking fee, and we never did. Our return policy is transparent and clearly available on every page of our website. If your first order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost is only deducted from your store credit upon return, since you will still receive free shipping on your next order. The first-purchase welcome discount applies only to the initial order, and not on subsequent purchases, which is standard practice. At this time, we are not promoting any discount codes. We value honesty and transparency with all our customers, and we’re committed to providing the best possible shopping experience. If you believe this was posted in error, we kindly ask that you double-check or reach out to our team directly for any support. Best regards, Fostani Team

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment and want to clarify a few important points. Our return policy is clearly displayed on every page of our website, and it is also shown again at the checkout page before completing a purchase. The policy specifies that any order placed using store credit is final sale. This approach is standard in online boutiques like ours that partner directly with designers. Once a gown is returned, it can no longer be sold at full price and must go straight to outlets, which is why this policy exists. We understand your concern and truly regret that this was frustrating for you. Please know that we value transparency and do our best to ensure policies are always clear before checkout. Best regards, Fostani Team
