Customer Service not good!!!
Suddenly I can't edit anything on it because if I try to upscale, remove the background from a picture etc then the whole picture goes black and I've even sent them pictures to help them to know what my issue is and nothing!!! I contacted them a few days ago and they have not got back to me and so I'm basically paying for literally nothing!!! I had a problem a while ago with the same response NONE until they finally answered me,in a fashion, after me pestering them!!! Not impressed so have applied to cancel, reluctantly in a way because when it works the platform is spot on, as I just begrudge paying for something and have to fight to fix a problem each time!!! I'm paying a subscription with no service backup!!!

They don’t tell you about the use of credits
Just subscribed to pro+ only to find out that each video costs 20 credits, and you start, WITH PRO+ mind you, with 30 credits? Seriously? So I guess they figured out a way to charge me twice - monthly for the sub and every single time I want to generate a video. Take my advice people- there are plenty of apps that give you thousands or credits WITH your monthly sub to generate dozens of videos. And it’s either the same or better quality. FYI- 200 credits for $20? Ridiculous.
