Hi Estefany, We are very sorry to hear this and are eager to help! Please send us a message at [email protected] and one of our team members would be happy to assist. Thanks! Function of Beauty
Hi there, We’re sorry you are going through this. We stand behind all of our products and are confident in their safety. Please send us an email at [email protected] so we can discuss, Function of Beauty
Hi Raluca, We value our customers feedback and are so sorry we fell short of your expectations. Our team would like to help - please send us an email at [email protected]. Thank you, Function of Beauty
Hi Rain, We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience creating your custom formula! 🌈 Function of Beauty

Hi Wren, We are so happy you are enjoying your customized formula!🦄 Function of Beauty

Hi Thomas, We are so happy to hear you are loving your customized formula! We hope you have many more good hair days in store🙌 We sincerely apologize for any delay in delivery with your order. Unfortunately, we did see some shipping delays recently which may have affected the status of your shipment. We hope future orders arrive in a much more timely manner. Thanks again for giving Function of Beauty a try! Function of Beauty
