SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!
I bought a EcoFlow power station, it never arrived in suggested time, I emailed and was offered a reduced price WHEN ORDER WAS DELIVERED… I accepted, still no delivery! I do not believe that this company has stock of any items displayed !!! They just take your money and string you along with no intention of supplying the order ! Contact has been vague and I have now resorted to contacting my bank to report the transaction. I wish I had read the reviews first !

I made a purchase from this scammer in November 2020 In January i msg them they msg back saying it could take a few months and I could track the parcel ....without anymore info now I cant contact them at all

I emailed this company about my item not arriving, they replied and said it can take up to 45 days to arrive, this was 3 months after order was paid for, so I emailed a month later asking where was my parcel, they have blocked me.
Order at your own own risk, if I'd seen this review page before ordering I wouldn't of even considered ordering from them.
Same complaint as others. On the 8/4/15 I ordered a doorlock. Payment has gone through via paypal. I am finding it difficult to get through to this company to find out where it is. I am new to purchasing on-line and will not purchase anything on-line again.
Bought a phone off them, it turned up eventually, took long enough for me to email them, and I got a reply, of sorts, I set up an account, can't get into it. Too difficult to deal with, probably wouldn't use again. Alarmed by all the positive reviews in here which are obviously written by the same person - that's the end for me, I'll find the product elsewhere.
It's shame because the website is excellent - let down by poor fulfilment and scary tactics.
A friend of mine tried to buy a dress off of this site and waited over a month after she bought it for it to arrive, only to have it never show up. She ordered insurance for the package and they are so far not cooperating with her in replacing the product. She eventually asked for a refund and they are not giving her any response back.
Don't order anything from this site; they're just going to rip you off.

I bought an iphone 5 waterproof case and i was soooo excited because it looked really cool and after 2 weeks of waiting my package finally arrived and i was soo happy with it untill i openend it. THESE PEOPLE DIDNT SEND ME AN CASE. THEY SEND ME 2 SCREENPROTECTORS WORTH 0.50$!!!
they say that if you send an email you'll have a response in less than 24 hours.

I used to buy a phone on the website and it is still work well till now. 6 months use the smart phone and the beautiful design and the convenient use, the powerful processor and reliable operational base is quite happy with purchase, operative memory copes with any operations, the excellent supports any games, sensitivity of a sensor control. I love it very much and dont know why so many people give a bad reveiw for it
Stay away from this company. They sell really bad, cheap lousy products. They answer email very rarely and handle complaints extremely bad. I bought a broken tablet in december, in april I received a new one after many many discussions. The new one was also broken, I gave up ! Why do people shop here? I really dont understand. My advice: STAY AWAY !

I don't understand why so many people are defaming this website, maybe there is someone who bought a product from this company and it was broken during shipping, it's not the fault of this company. I bought a cheap tablet and a cheap Android 4.2 smartphone from this site, and they all work great. I'm wondering that whether these slanderers are competitors of Gadgetsdealer. I just don't get the motivations, man.
I tried to purchase Discovery V5 cell phone from these guys TWICE. First time I asked them if it is in stock and someone on email said YES. So I placed the order. After one week when I did not hear back from them I sent an email asking about my order and they said it is OUT OF STOCK. I told them about the email and it did nothing. So I asked them to refund my money. After one week I did receive my money back so I was ok. I lost couple of $ in exchange rate but not too bad. Couple of months later I tried to do the same and I email before placing the order to find out they had the phone in stock and again same reply YES. This time I asked the persons name and he said that its Jason and if when I finalize my order I should put it to his attention. So I did. Couple of days later again nothing. So I emailed Jason and he said it will go out tomorrow. Needless to say that was a week ago and still nothing. So I sent my last email saying that I am going to file a complaint with PayPal to this following is his response:

I wanted to help you ,but when you place your order before why didn’t ask me if the items are in stock .
If you file a complaint with PayPal,that you will be put into the blacklist,you will not buy anything any more from now on .

GADGETSDEALER.COM - BUYERS BEWARE!!
Absolutely shocking customer service. Orders take too long to ship and arrive broken and useless.
I paid for EMS (express) shipping from China and the item was sent Fiji air - regular air mail. It took weeks to arrive and as it was a Birthday gift ultimately arrived too late.
Then when it finally came the tablet had a huge crack running diagnally across the entire lower portion of the tablet. Not a superficial screen crack, this runs right through the tablet itself and under slight pressure completely opens up. The power conversion adaptor that should have been included in the box was also missing from the package.
They are not cooperative. Communications are running for weeks with no results. The so called "customer service person" - and I use the term loosely - suddenly seems to have lost the ability to speak or comprehend English despite previous dialogues which prove otherwise.
I will never buy from them again. I have paid $140 US dollars for an item that is damaged and completely unusable.
I do not recommend using GadgetDealer. Although you may find initial orders come through you will surely be stuck at some stage. Had a read the hundreds of negative reviews readily available on the web prior to ordering I would not have given them my money.

SCAM ARTIST!This is a scamming site, they are very helpful, extremely helpful when you want to place the order, and they respond to your queries throug a ticketing system, I was fooled to buy from these muppets simply due to the price which seems cheap, and that's exactly what it is, it's a cheap site, with no standards and the worst customer service. please note no matter what delivery method you choose, they take their time to ship things out. I ordered stuff worth 300 euro and even tho i chose express delivery it still took them 2 weeks to dispatch the items. When the items arrived one of the tablets was faulty, and i han to send back that item and i bear the charge for sending it back i provided a tracking numbert and they still have not come back to me, they dont reply to emails or anything. They have chinese gils that have been given English names and none of them seem to understand English See below my ticket. They even asked me to remove my comment on a "website Review site" See below Please note dont ignore my review you'll regret it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Please also note, the reviews on their website itself is also a scam, any bad reviews you put in there they delete it, and not only do they do that, they write their own reviews, hence you notice that they are all positive reviews...CHEATERS!
