I dont like the fact that after only 6 days, its stopped working, telling me it wants a new coil! (It was a brand new coil 6 days ago) Should last longer than 6 days. My old vape lasted over a month and you changed it when you started to taste burning. Shame because it looked OK but now going back to my old one thats broken but works.
Thanks, Guy I had an issue with my vape they were quick to respond back, they resolved the issue within in a week . Gave me a replacement with no problem after finding out what the issue was. Great customer service either by phone or E-mail. Shot Out the to Clifton store you guys are awesome very knowledgeable and great customer service as well
Needed a replacement skeleton for my legend (Not a major issue) and couldn’t find one anywhere for Zeus limited edition box mod, so i contacted GeekVape and dealt with Anne and she went out of her way to get it. sorted for me, was sent the wrong colour so I got back in touch and showed her I was sent the wrong colour and is now sending another one out free of charge so I’m happy 👌🏻
I just bought it and I love it if it keeps me for three months or two months it’s worth it for $50 bucks I would buy another so far soo good
Excellent customer service, had a faulty mod and contacted them direct as seller would only give me a 30day warranty while geekvape offer 90days which I was nearing the end off. They (was a girl called Anne I dealt with) could not have been any more helpful and offered to send me out a new one but said it usually takes 20-45 days which was fine with me. It actually arrived in 18days which in reality was probably nearer 14 days from date they advised it had been shipped. Can’t praise them enough! THANK YOU GEEKVAPE!!!

I am reviewing the Geek Vape AEGIS BOOST 40W Pod Kit. I really hate giving this one 2 stars. The ONLY reason My rating is so low is for main 3 reasons. First the bad. BAD- 1: the filler port seems to be at a bad angle and prematurely over flows. BAD- 2: the filler plug is almost impossible to re-insert if it becomes detached from the juice holder/tank. If the plug isn’t re-installed and seated absolutely perfect ,it causes some sort of Vacuum and hot juice begins to accumulate and comes through the mouthpiece burning your tongue and mouth as well as leaking.(not just a little splatter here or there, it is a lot!!!) BAD- 3: this is the worst part! The charging contacts inside the port are flimsy and loose. It tends to slide back and forth preventing the cord to attached properly. After inserting charging cord about 12-20 times , the male portion of the charging apparatus broke completely off! So now I’m stuck in quarantine w/ no possible way to use my pod and no back up!!! Now the good. GOOD- 1: it is very comfortable to hold and use. GOOD-2: it seems to charge quickly and have lots of extra power if needed. The battery lasts a long time. It also delivers a smooth “pull “ from very low wattage all the way through to its peak wattage. GOOD -3 it gives great flavor and the adjustable air flow is great! GOOD-4 it DOES NOT seem to leak at or around the coil. Every pod I have ever had leaks into the device, leaks into my pocket ect. With the exception of the accumulation in the mouth piece splattering and leaking because of the filler plug issue, there seems to be no other leaking or fluid loss. One neutral comment would be the charging area is inset to allow the water proof plug to seal correctly, thus allowing only a select few charging cords with small heads to fit. I can not comment as to the durability of the unit when it pertains to water resistance or shock resistance. I didn’t have the unit long enough to put it through any daily use and abuse Scenarios. It would seem at first glance this unit I was built sturdy. Which would be perfect for a person like me who can be clumsy and hard on things. I am not sure if I purchased a One off factory reject or if these are some of the common problems. Other than these issues, the pod would be an amazing product. The reason I’m only doing 2 stars is for the simple fact I am totally screwed sitting in quarantine with no way to replace or fix my current unit and no way to get my nicotine!!!!! I purchased it about 2 weeks ago and now I’m wondering if that was such a good idea. I hope this helps and I hope everyone stays safe and healthy!!!
Great experience shopping with Geekvape. Purchased an Aegis Legend kit from them, got it in a reasonable amount of time, works great.
I purchased the Ageis Legend and has an unbalanced battery issue, it was addressed immediately. I sent my mod out on a Monday and they were working on it on Wednesday. Friday it was mailed out an I recommend it completely fixed on Monday. I'm pleased with the service I've received with Geekvape and their warranty process. I also love the products very durable for those who are rough with items I would recommend the Legend or any other Geekvape product.
Aegis I've had the Aegis for 18 months and it hasn't failed me yet. I've only had to replace the glass once and the aero mesh coils last me months. I'm a heavy user and vape at 50w 3ml heisenberg. I've had to update the software once, which is free of charge and available on their website. Batteries typically last me 6-7 hours. After 18 months of use, drops and riding in my pockets, the rubber has worn off the bottom hinges for the battery compartment, the glass has cracked on the screen and the paint is thinning on the buttons. Everything else has held up, it still works and looks great. I will definitely be buying another in the next few months and use this one until it finally dies (which I expect will be years away anyway)
Got a Geek vape Aegis x is robust & easily the best mod IV used ever! It fires up in a second & bounce s when dropped & works great The screen colours are a bit washed out Keep up the good work geek vape.

Love this company, i have many products such as the AEGIS 26650 and the AEGIS LEGEND and i have abused these mods through carelessness and general clumsiness amd they just keep on going. I have multiple RTA's such as my 2 ZEUS RTA C tanks and theyre amazing and definately deserve the reviews they receive I would highly recommend
A solid company making reliable vaping devices. I purchased a Flint kit. Have been using it since last one week. The 1.6 ohm is working on nic salt, performing as good as new. Innovative device, keeping in mind the flexibility a vaper wants. Switch functions, paintwork and packaging is also nice. Have also tested Aegis legend and mini. They too are reliable products (electronic circuitry).
I ordered some spare parts to the UK through the GeekVape website and they arrived in a timely fashion and well packed. However, one item arrived scratched. I emailed customer support with photos and they sent out another. The second one also arrived scratched about a week later. I emailed customer support again and sent photos and they refunded that part of the order. I'm disappointed that they couldn't completely fulfil my order but overall the customer support was very good, prompt and they resolved the issue with a refund.
Geek vape has amazing customer service and support. Any time I contact them for questions or concerns they go above and beyond to assist me in a timely manner. In the future I plan to buy more products from geekvape.com.
