My experience was the worst with getmecab. I booked my cab to haridwar and rishikesh. I was told the toll money was included in the fare. Next i find that their driver started taking me through no-toll zones like villages instead of taking me through the dwarka expressway and tyen through dehradun expressway.
A journey of 3-4 hours took me 8 hours to reach haridwar and i couldnot even attend the evening aarti at haridwar.
Even after all this when i called getmecabs office the customer care person started fighting with me. It was funny because he told me it was saturday and they had not anticipated this much traffic when it was actually a friday and even rakshabandhan day so every one was on roads and traffic was highly anticipated.
Before booking a cab with this company please ask them what route are they going to take you. Are they going to take you through expressways or through minimum-toll routes.
I enjoyed a lot my trip with driver Shyam whonis a nice person and showed us Khatu ji and srops while our break on nice places for eat as well.

Very bad experience , Booked my cab on 1 June for 7 June under sedan for 7.5k and been told details will come in night 10 pm while ,pick up was at morning 5am , Been waiting long no update come and when called several time i been told at night 11pm that cab not available and only cab available is costing 9.5K .
After taking and confirming booking 6 days prior and then ditching passenger at last moment and leaving with no choice other than going for hiked price is utter level of unprofessional from , I highly recommend find for alternate service.

We booked their innova crista for a trip to mussoorie last week ,I would say that their driver was too good and friends that ,which make our trip more remarkable ,and this (getmecab) agency's fair charges were also comfortable.I personaly say that i was really satisfied with their service.
Worst company I ever seen worst service provider, they cancel the booked cab at the neck moment and they dont respond properly each person gives different reason for cancellation , finally they wont refund our advanced amount also, its really fraud company dont ever go with this. Please help me to put complaint against this getmecab.
Driver was good so gave 1 star or else the Customer care were illiterate, rude guys including the Supervisor (Sahil). They will misbehave with you and treat you as if they have lend you money. Worst experience ever had.
I have recently travelled through Get Me Cabs, my experience was very good. Cab driver was very sensible and knowledgeable of long route of 900KMs. Cab price was affordable and cab was good in condition. No puncture or physical damage during my journey. Cab was cleaned and air conditioned. Speed was also as per the standard driving speed in India like 80-100 Km/Hr. I enjoyed my long trip.
Sharing my true experience. This service is most unprofessional putting the lives at risk. Never ever trust them for bookings as the dealers take them lightly and hang phone on their face leavig people in limbo in unknown location.
So book this service at your own risk.
