Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People frequently praise the stylish designs, vibrant colors, and comfortable fabrics of the shirts, stating that the sizing is very accurate and products match descriptions. Consumers also appreciate the exceptionally helpful customer service team, noting that they respond quickly and provide easy solutions for sizing or order inquiries.
However, some customers also noted that international delivery times can occasionally feel a bit long depending on the final destination. A few reviewers were not happy with the overall fabric quality, mentioning completely synthetic materials or unexpected flaws in specific items received.
This isn't the first time I've bought shirts from Gomenin. Their amazing designs always steal the show. Shipping is fast and neatly packaged. Nothing to complain about. The customer service is exceptionally friendly and helpful. No, not a fake review, I'm just happy with my clothes.

I ordered a long-sleeve shirt from the brand's website: for the price, the quality is outstanding. The fabric is of very high quality. I highly recommend it.

So far the website says "shipping in 24 hours"
We either don't have the same conception of time, or I misread something.
Nonetheless, not communicating anything except the "order confirmed" after 3 business days, is not really the kind of practices that can be found in the "good business" drawer.
EDIT : they actually responded after I filed a complaint on Paypal and I got a full refund very fast.
I was offered a coupon, but not quite sure I trust fully to spend my money there to be honest.
Communication is floppy except to ask to edit your review on Trustpilot... You guys need to work on that.
Thanks, no thanks.

Amazing speedy delivery on the order. The customer service were fast to respond to my enquiry after the delivery when I was asking about changing one of the shirts for a larger size. They were true to their word on the discount allowed on orders of two or more items. The quality of the garments were better than expected. I had reservations initially on purchasing based on some reviews of read but I can't fault these guys for getting things sorted efficiently and meeting my needs. Thanks for helping me out with everything. Not sure how it could have been better. This is a genuine review of my experience. Nic in Wales
