This company used illegal shilling tactics for their ICO. During their ICO, they made their mining profits look like it was 10x the actual earnings, then when you came to claim your funds, they would say it is an error and convert it back to minimal earnings. They did this to generate more ICO sales illegally. They also control the earnings and hide how much is actually mined and only splits a small percentage with you. STAY AWAY.

It's a scam, i bought monero mining for 100H/s just to try it and after i paid, it showed me that they charge 0,05 bitcoin just to pay you out. So my investment will get me nothing, i contacted them to get a refund and they told me no. I told them that it wasn't written anywhere that their payout fee was so high and it was stupid to sell mining that would do nothing and they told me i had to ask before getting stolen. Do not buy anything from them it's a scam. so you just stole me 90$ and thats all? The dashboard view was confusing at first, so I was trying to contact customer support for several days with no response. I'd only invested $125 so it wasn't a major panic, but I can only imagine how somebody investing thousands would feel about this lack of a response. I managed to contact them instead through their sales department and got a quick response and everything now seems to be fine. I can't say whether or not I'll be paid until the year is up and considering the slowness of customer support, I'm giving this a 3 star rating for now.
It is a fraud. No one answers the support chat. Beware. I have been trying to reach them for a month to withdraw my "earnings" which show on their site, a site seems incomplete. They either send me to "technical support", or "raise my issue" and hang up the chat. The question is simple "How do i withdraw my earnings". There are nothing in the UI indicating that such functionality exists, and no one in the "company" seems to be able to give a stright answer. I haven't even bothered to ask for a refund, since i know what will happen. Save your money.
