Hashgains is a scam, they don't send your funds. After withdrawal request it stuck on "Under progress" forever. They keep your funds and you will only loose money. Chat is completely useless, doesn't matter if you connect to Sales or Support Specialist, they are unable to say nothing - asking you to send email to sales and you can wait for reply forever. Scam company, the company does not exist. Only bunch of fraud and scam people will response with word “sir” trying to steal more from people!! No working phone number and no reply to messages especially if asking for a refund or withdrawal.

After seeing bad reviews i still wanted to give a try as they look the cheapest cloud mining.I don't regret as i new the risk so started only with $50.i made a bitcoin transfer for the hashrate and I send out multiple emails and message through in web, and they replied, There is no invoice, no account in your name on Hashgains.. Becaurefull..don't invest and lost your money.

Don't trust these guys with your crypto currency money. I paid my first order for hash rates with my Ethereum wallet, and it's been a week already, and still they have not acknowledged my payment, nor provided the hash rates.

The thing that it's so anonymous about the details of the offices and the given details are false which aysthe address in USA. However, the company seems to be in India. It feels like a scam and can't be trusted for cloud mining of cryptocurrency.

scam company. I feel like why there is no option for a " 0 " rating. This is a fake company. I invest last two years ago. now, contract is finished. but no response from customer service. I invest 1000 USD now it was 120usd. they stop mining and collect charges daily to negative whole my mining. so I feel like its an experienced fu**king company.
Don't do it!
Wired the payment 10 days ago. Nothing shows on my account. ABSOLUTE ZERO RESPONSE from customer service (by email). The live chat on their site is useless I will try to recall my wire and hopefully get my money back.

Be careful! Hashgains stopped ETH withdrawal from client wallets. I tried to transfer my ETH, which my mining plans mined for me in 1,5 years, the withdraw was paused and it is already a month since I can not withdraw the ETH. I wrote to support dozens of times, never got answer back. Client support is telling each time that I need to write an email, but it doesn't help. It looks like there are paying for the customer any more.
