Hi Rudy, Thank you for the great review! We're thrilled to hear that you snagged them on special, found them very easy to install, and that they work very well. Dear Rick, Thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad to hear that you're happy with the product and fast shipping. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the delays in communication regarding your order. You are correct that our system has strict security restrictions in place that prevent us from changing the shipping address once an order is placed, especially when it differs from the billing address. This is designed to protect our customers from fraud and unauthorized transactions, but we understand that the time zone differences and the back-and-forth emails caused unnecessary delays for your project. We take full responsibility for not communicating this restriction more clearly up front and for the inconvenience it caused. We're reviewing our process to ensure that in the future, we can better handle large orders with alternative shipping addresses, including offering a more direct line of communication for these situations. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Hyperlite. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you more smoothly in the future. Best regards, The Hyperlite Team

Hi Josh, Thank you for taking the time to share such a thorough and helpful review! We're thrilled to hear that you find the lights incredibly bright and installation super easy. It's great that you shared two different installation approaches—building the first set on the floor and lifting it into place, then building the second set piece by piece on the ceiling. That's excellent advice for future customers! We're also glad shipping was fast and packaging was well done. We're confident the lights will last and prove to be a great investment for you. We truly appreciate you choosing Hyperlite! Best regards, The Hyperlite Team
