Hidizs is a Company that is going to be better known soon. Altho the XO I ordered/bought & received fairly quickly was really nice little product it had an issue I wasn’t happy with but the C/S the Company provided with a timely refund made it easy to recommend since they would be bring a new product out soon to remedy my concern with the XO! I also received the M S3 IEM which I think is quite a handsome product as the color way is perfect without being to flashy but subtle elegance of the actual ear monitor and matching cable as well, and have received numerous comments from friends and others that notice them asking what brand! The sound is just right for me as my main my main mode of listening to 🎼 out in the go is with fairly high end Audiophile 🎧 like Focal etc so as these were my 1st IEM I decided to try something affordable attractive & had good reviews as entry into an IEM experience to allow me to decide if I would eventually go to a high end IEM. I listen to a wide variety of genres of 🎼 including mostly Classical, Jazz, Electronic, Old C&W, World, Classic Pop/R&R from 50’s~2000’s, Classic R&B/Soul. So I wanted something I could listen to & enjoy with all my favorite 🎼choices that were mostly neutral or non extreme on either end of the spectrum, that didn’t have overpowering bass, overly bright high end that I could listened to for extended periods of time & enjoy my 🎼! So far my experiment & experience has worked out just fine & the Hidizs M S3 IEM are just what I was hoping for, very happy with the purchase sound looks & value! 👍🏼👍🏼 Thx Hidizs!
I use three products. 2 DACs and a hi def player. All excellent quality. Good prices, quick delivery, good communication and for whom this is important; very nice packaging. I can only promote this company!
As a musician, I was looking for IEMs for my sound monitor for rehearsals and the stage. We first recommended Ultimate Ears which were absolutely overpriced, but I found the Hidizs MS1 to be the best value. I transport them in a box purchased separately. the cables are of good quality and the IEMs are very comfortable. I promote this brand because the Hidizs team is really attentive to the criticisms and expectations of users, something rare enough to emphasize!
Great product, my only gripe is that the Bluetooth connection is sometimes unstable when I'm walking around near busy streets.
My order got lost durning shipping and their customer services wouldn’t do anything to resolve this issue
Dont waste your time with this brand. I had a problem with inserting my SD card. I sent a video showing that it didnt work and then they asked me to send another video to show them the condition of the mp3 player. I have not received a refund!! I wouldnt bother! This is what they said: "Could you please send us a video to show that the appearance is good? Please keep the original box intact. And you will need to pay the shipping fee returning it to our address in the UK, is it ok?"
Although their products are reasonable value for the money, their online store has deficiencies: I wasn't able to use previously granted "VIP" discounts, only because the store would automatically "bundle" products, even if I added them separately. I think they'll keep improving but, at their current state, their quality is still only average.

Well, I wanted a high spec. music player. I read many reviews on the Hidizs AP80 pro, It sounded great. So I purchased a red version with it`s minute leather jacket. Days of swearing have gone by, and I just can`t work with such a minute machine. And the makers just can`t be bothered to include anything more than a tiny list to assist using it. But I just cannot manage, it is complicated and with being really tiny and with no manual to speak of, it is beyond me. Whether it does work, I never found out as I have had awful trouble syncing it to allow my ripped music to transfer to this machine. I believe that Hidizs made this music player so very small just for the sake of it. I can`t even read the writing on the controls without a magnifying lens ! It is quite ridiculous, so I have wasted a week and a lot of money with nothing to show for it. I would avoid this Music Player and don`t believe all you read. No manual even if paid for it, totally ridiculous. I would need a jeweller`s loupe at least to use it, and with no manual what-so-ever. , I give up. I would have paid a few pounds just to get instructions, but forget it.
I ordered a Hidiz , it never arrived , sent repeated emails no reply, tried to write a review site doesn't allow real reviews , seems like the company is a fraud.
I really liked their S9 pro portable DAC but only when it lasted. After about one month the usb c input did not work properly anymore. I contacted the support but they were not helpful at all. Now I am stuck with a faulty DAC which only gives me sound on one ear. Wasted money.
When I ordered my product ($20), there was a one week delay to process my order and another one week delay to ship it out when I contacted them that it would be shipped ASAP. It took around a month for it to finally arrive and when it did, I received a faulty product. I told them about the concerns I had the day I received my product, which was well within the warranty period (6 months of warranty will start after the product arrives) and I asked for a full refund. They denied it because shipping was too expensive and refunded me $5 instead...
My experience with this company has been very frustrating, their customer service appears non existent, and when they do eventually respond, nothing gets resolved. I have bought an MP3 player from them it’s impossible to download any music tracks to the player, the manual is useless, nothing in their website assists. Although they say free postage but was hit with custom and handling charges. Hopefully when I return unit for refund I will get all my money back
