Communication was very clear and everything I requested was done in a week. Scott, the contact person I communicated with, clearly has a lot of knowledge about apostille certificates, authentication certificates, and more. I would absolutely recommend both Scott and Hive Digital Solutions when the opportunity arises.
Had 0 hassles or difficulties. They had the service I was looking for, and provided me with guidance ahead of time to get things done smoothly, and had the answers to my questions. Everything was done in a very timely manner.
The whole process was easy and convenient. I got my apostilled background check faster than expected. Any time I had a question, an answer was just a WeChat message away. Would recommend this service to other Americans who need to get fingerprinted while living in China.
I am immensely satisfied with the service provided by Hive Digital Solutions. They proved to be highly reliable and efficient, securing my documents on time while consistently keeping me updated throughout the process. Their excellent communication skills and dedicated approach made sure that I was informed of every step taken, instilling trust and confidence in their abilities. They were very professional and handled everything with utmost care and competence. I would recommend them in the future.
This is the third or fourth time I needed HDS's services. Each time, Scott was thorough, communicative and helpful. Most of all he was responsive and shared additional information that prevented any hindrances to work in China. For the price of the service and the speed, you'd be silly not to reach out and see what HDS can do for you.
Very happy with the services provided in support of authentication of documents for immigration purposes. Team was always available for questions, and provided updates throughout the process. Also, very cost effective. Highly recommend.
Very efficient! Was recommended to me by others and didn’t disappoint with getting the job done. Would definitely recommend. One thing I would have liked is just a little personal communication, but they did what I needed, so I still give 5 ⭐️
Hive was extremely helpful and I came across it at the right time. Getting documents apostilled in the US is a bit complicated when you're already abroad but with Hive it was simple. The customer service was extremely helpful and quick to reply to any questions I had. Everything was completed within the time span they provided. All in all great service and I highly recommend. Scott was extremely helpful.
