I'd been screwed out of 4000RMB for a U.S. legal document by a fly-by-night guy in Beijing. Without going into the details, Texan in China went far above and beyond the normal call. Like a true Texan, he bluntly and expertly explained what had happened with the Beijing deal and was instrumental in helping me to get a partial refund. Then, the price was so much less, the WeChat service experience exemplary and full of all of the necessary detail, and you succeeded in getting me my documents in time. Highly Recommended

The entire process went as smoothly as possible. Although COVID surely slowed things down, the documents I needed from the U.S. were in my hands in less than 3 months! I was kept informed throughout, so I always knew which stage of the process my documents were at and how long each step would take to complete. And more importantly, the timelines were 100% accurate. Using Hive was an affordable way to get a tough process finished way, way faster than I ever could by myself.

Exactly what I needed

At first I was really concerned about going through this process from China. After all there are some worries about paying money and not ending up with anything. However the service was professional and the staff were knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and concerns. I ended up with exactly the documentation I needed and they even suggested a cheaper alternative outside of their own services that I ended up pursuing for one of my needs. Next time I need similar services I'll be contacting them.

Simple Process

Knowing that marketing executives hire third-party companies to flood websites (Amazon) with fabricated positive reviews, it is difficult to respond to this prompt with seriousness. But what can I share? I am in China. I wanted a degree authentication (USA). I paid some money, and a few weeks later I had what I wanted. If anyone needs something done quickly, Hive Digital Solutions is a good choice. If in the future my family leaves China, and I need a new CBC, I'll use this company one more time. It works. Perhaps some people would rather save money and complete the process themselves. That's fair. For those of you that don't want hassle - enjoy.

The service and team is well organized and the process was pain free, just sent in my documents and had my fingerprints scanned and all the rest was handled.

Very Effective

I found the background check service to be very effective and efficient--especially considering the unique situation of Covid-19 when I needed the information. It is significantly more expensive than doing the process yourself, but we pay for expertise and convenience and received both. The points of positive feedback that I would give are as follows: -Customer service was very helpful. Answers were quick and easy to understand. -Point of contact created a group chat to streamline information and answer questions quickly. Never more than a half an hour between question and response. -very helpful with taking accurate finger prints (which can be difficult at home) -created specialized form to easily fill out all information accurately -very knowledgeable employees Points of constructive feedback: -updates on status could be given more frequently. I know that these are extraordinary times and things were very different from the usual turn around, but anxiety amongst foreigners living abroad was high. Most people needed these background checks to extend visas and were more sensitive than usual. Updates of "your paperwork has been accepted and is currently in process. We will keep you informed as we have more information" would have been appreciated

Just got my background check from HIVE

Just got my background check from HIVE. Overall great service. Because of the covid-19 challenges, it took almost three months to receive it. It seemed HIVE did all they could to push things through quickly, but in the end I didn't get the paperwork in time and had to leave China. I know there were a lot of factors outside of HIVE's control, but from a customer's perspective I felt the communication could have been more frequent, especially because I was down to the wire and was making big decisions. Tough times for people trying to get their China situation sorted. Thanks to HIVE for trying their best to help get it through in time.

I was skeptical at first because the initial arrangements could have been more professional with detailed information. But, the company proved trustworthy and I received all of my documents very promptly. I rated 4 stars because the price is a little expensive. Regardless, I highly recommend Hive digital solutions.
