I highly recommend this service. From start to finish the whole process felt very professional. The agent Scott made the whole process easy. Even though there was a hiccup with my documents it was quickly identified and fixed.

I had no idea what I needed to do when I found out that a criminal record from the US is required to apply for my Chinese PR. I am not a US citizen but I had lived in the US before, however it was 20yrs ago. Scott helped me through out the process and he was very transparent on the timing and expectations. Reliable and timely diploma authentication service.
This is the second time I used Hive for fingerprinting and authentication of an American criminal record. They exceeded my expectations and their estimates as to timeliness and communication (actually 5 weeks as opposed to an estimated 8 weeks). They kept my data on file so it was not necessary for me to make a burdensome trip the second time around. I'll definitely use them again next year.
