Faster than expected.
This is the second time I used Hive for fingerprinting and authentication of an American criminal record. They exceeded my expectations and their estimates as to timeliness and communication (actually 5 weeks as opposed to an estimated 8 weeks). They kept my data on file so it was not necessary for me to make a burdensome trip the second time around. I'll definitely use them again next year.
