Thank you for your wonderful review! We are so pleased to hear that your first ordering experience was a positive one. It's fantastic to know you were happy! We truly appreciate your feedback!
bravo Icanvas。
Hi Diane, We're so sorry to hear your order did not meet your expectations. Your satisfaction means a great deal to us, and we regret that you were disappointed with your wood panel print. Our wood panel prints are designed to be printed on the front only, with the natural wood visible on the sides, top, and bottom as part of the product's intended look. We understand that this style isn't what everyone expects, and we're sorry it wasn't the right fit for you. We also understand your frustration with the cost of returning the item and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Nicole iCanvas
Hi Marla, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We apologize for any confusion regarding the hanging method. Our product description does state that the piece is “ready to hang, with adhesive hanging strips included and no additional hardware required.” We understand that adhesive strips may not be the preferred option for everyone, and we’re sorry for the disappointment. We also understand your frustration regarding the return shipping cost. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. Nicole iCanvas

We're delighted to hear you found the ordering process easy, enjoyed our selection, and were happy with the quality of your artwork.

Hi Cynthia, Thank you for your feedback. We're so glad to hear you were happy with the canvas, and we're sorry the included hanging hardware didn't meet your expectations.
