I have bought a dozen or more pieces from ICanvas, and I love all of the but one. The colors in that one were so washed out that it looked nothing like the online image.

Two of the prints arrived with the pins holding the glass, print and backing on the wrong side of the glass. I had to take apart them apart and install the pins correctly. These were obviously put together in haste, with no regard for quality. In addition the gold frame is was cut incorrectly so the corners are not aligned. Again, poor quality control.
We're very sorry to hear about your experience Kathryn, but I am glad you were able to take apart the backing and adjust the paper and mat to be re-aligned with the glass. I can assure you, we do not ship products out in this manner and that it likely occurred during transportation. That is not an excuse though, we're always looking to improve our packaging and your feedback helps guide that. I note you ordered 3 pieces and two of them had an issue, hopefully the 3rd was in perfect condition? Thanks for shopping with us, and we appreciate your feedback!
