ImmiTranslate

Hi Olha, We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivering the revised translation and for any frustration this may have caused. Our goal is always to provide accurate translations as quickly as possible, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations this time. To clarify, when we initially began working on your document, we had not yet received the transliteration of the names. Once this information was provided, we promptly corrected the translation over the weekend. While we understand that any delay can be frustrating, we did work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We also want to address your comment about our team’s response. Our intention was never to be rude, but rather to explain why the initial translation did not reflect the preferred spelling of the names. We acknowledge that our communication could have been clearer, and we will use this as an opportunity to improve. While we recognize that this experience was not ideal for you, we respectfully disagree with the characterization that we are “the worst translation service.” We have helped thousands of customers with their translation needs, and we take feedback seriously to continue improving our service. If you would like to discuss this further, please reach out to our support team—we would be happy to assist you. Kind regards, ImmiTranslate Team

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify that ImmiTranslate exclusively uses professional human translators for all projects, and we take great pride in the quality of our work. The document you submitted was indeed simple, which may have contributed to the impression that it was machine translated, but rest assured, it was translated by a qualified expert. Additionally, 2 revisions were requested for your document. The first, to correct a typo, was promptly fixed. The second, to correct a name misspelling, was not valid because the correct spelling of the name was utilized in the translation. We value your input and would be happy to work with you to address any concerns or additional of the translation if needed. Best regards, The ImmiTranslate Team
