I have used immitranslate many times and have always had a good experience, fast turn around and accurate translations. No issues with the documents when submitted to USCIS

They missed, but made up for it

I was really annoyed initially by all the mistakes they had made and I had to flag manually, but after i complained, they owned the mistakes and compensated me for the bad experience.

EXCELLENT except for PayPal payment

There was only 1 problem that will most likely be fixed. PayPal payment did not work. As suggested, I tried using PayPal on another browser, but it didn't work. Everything else was excellent. Communication, the ordering process, providing the document for translation & reviewing the translated document.

They uses moderately competent freelance translator who are really bad, and rely on you to correct their bad translation. Wouldn't recommend if you want to translate official documents for Visa purposes

Truly terrible experience

Truly terrible experience. The physical notarized document took well over 4 days to even be put in the mail. They processed a "certified translation" which means nothing, very quickly. It took over 4 days to even get the "digital notarization," which also means nothing to the state. I am still waiting on the physical notarized document to be mailed out and it has been four days. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Poor experience

I paid for a physical copy to be sent by mail, I needed it ASAP. Weeks later no copy had been sent, in fact the shipping had been cancelled. Complained about it, demanded money back. After many days they sent me a copy, no apology, no explanation despite paper being sent past the deadline I had. On top of all that I found the package was left in the snow drenched in water... couldn't get any worse.
