J, thank you for taking the time to share this! 🙌
Stories like yours are exactly why our Nonprofit Success Team exists - not just to get you started, but to stay in your corner for whatever comes next.
Reclassifying a nonprofit sounds intimidating - and honestly, that's one of the biggest myths out there: that any change or "next step" after formation means starting over, more paperwork, more cost, more headaches. Your experience shows the opposite. With the right guidance, it's just another milestone your team helps you clear.
That's the difference expert support makes. Farwa didn't just process a form - she walked you through exactly what was needed, handled the IRS correspondence, and followed up until it was done. That's the kind of hands-on partnership our team is built around: real people who know the process inside and out, so you don't have to.
If you're reading this and wondering whether starting (or growing) a nonprofit is too complicated, too expensive, or too time-consuming - let this review be your sign that it doesn't have to be. Whether it's your first filing or your fifth reclassification, we're here to make it simple.
Congratulations on getting this squared away, J. Here's to everything your organization goes on to do 💫

Karl, thank you for this - and coming from an attorney, it means even more. You evaluate professionals for a living, so when someone with your background tells us Liz gave you one of the best professional experiences you've had, we know that's not a compliment given lightly.
Liz has built and trained a team that shares her same standard: precision with the IRS and state agencies, paired with genuine care for the person on the other side of the filing. That combination is what turns an intimidating process into one that feels manageable - even for a first-time founder who's never touched a 501(c)(3) application.
Honestly, one of our proudest moments is when attorneys choose us. You know better than anyone what real expertise looks like, and the fact that you trusted us with this says a lot about what our team has built.
This is also exactly why we tell hesitant founders: You just need the right team in your corner - and that's what we're here for.
Karl, thank you for taking the time to share this, and for trusting us with something this meaningful. We're honored to be part of your mission 🚀
Warmly,

Chris, thank you for this incredible review - and for trusting us with something as time-sensitive and important as your 501(c)(3) application! 🙌
Tight deadlines are exactly where our team thrives. Nonprofit formation can feel like a race against the clock, especially when you're juggling a mission you're passionate about and a stack of paperwork that feels unfamiliar. That's precisely why we exist - to make sure "urgent" never means "rushed" or "risky." Farwa and our Filings Department are built for moments like this: precise, responsive, and relentless about getting it right the first time, no matter the timeline.
This is what sets Instant Nonprofit apart. We don't just file paperwork - we become an extension of your team, invested in your outcome as if it were our own mission. Farwa's proactive communication and attention to detail are things our clients count on every single day, and we're so glad they made all the difference for you.
To anyone reading this who's on the fence about starting a nonprofit: don't let a deadline, the paperwork, or fear of "getting it wrong" hold you back. The process is far more manageable than it looks from the outside - especially with the right team beside you. What feels overwhelming alone becomes straightforward with expert guidance.
Chris, congratulations on getting your nonprofit off the ground. We can't wait to see the impact you're going to make.
Onward and upward! 🚀

Chris, thank you for taking the time to write this - and for the trust you placed in Farwa and Liz from day one 🙏
What you're describing - feeling supported instead of overwhelmed - is exactly the experience we set out to build. Starting a nonprofit can feel like a maze of paperwork and legal complexity, and that fear stops a lot of good missions before they even start. The truth is, with the right guidance, it doesn't have to be complicated, expensive, or slow. It just has to be done with people who know the process inside and out and genuinely care about your outcome.
That's the difference Farwa and Liz bring every day. They don't just file paperwork - they translate it, walk alongside founders through every step, and make sure nothing overwhelming stays that way for long. Their attention to detail and hands-on support is exactly why so many founders come to us not knowing where to start, and leave with an organization ready to make real impact.
If you're reading this on the fence about starting your own nonprofit - let this be your sign. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to take the first step, and let a team that's done this thousands of times handle the rest.
Chris, thank you for letting us be part of your journey. We can't wait to see the impact your mission makes 🚀

Kimberly, thank you for sharing this - and for trusting us with something so personal to you 🐾
You captured exactly why we do this work. So many founders carry that same nervous energy in the beginning - worried about getting the paperwork right, worried about missing a step, worried it'll take forever. What you experienced is what's actually possible: a clear process, real communication at every milestone, and a team that handles the mechanics so you can stay focused on why you started in the first place. For you, that meant more time and energy for the animals who need it.
That's the whole point of what we built. Starting a nonprofit doesn't have to mean drowning in forms or guessing what the IRS wants next. From your EIN to your Articles of Incorporation to your official recognition, every step should be tracked, explained, and handled with care - not left for you to figure out alone.
Liz is a huge part of why that experience feels the way it does. She brings the kind of guidance that turns "I don't know where to start" into "I've got this," and we're so glad she was able to walk alongside you here.
To anyone reading this who's still hemming and hawing like Kimberly once was: that hesitation is normal, but it doesn't have to be permanent. The paperwork isn't the barrier you think it is - the right support makes all the difference, and that's exactly what we're here for.
Kimberly, congratulations on officially launching your animal rescue nonprofit. This is just the beginning of the impact you're going to make - and we're honored to have helped get you here.

"Easy and quick" is exactly the experience we work hard to create - because starting a nonprofit shouldn't feel like a mountain to climb. So many founders come to us thinking the process will be slow, expensive, or buried in legal complexity. You just proved it doesn't have to be any of those things.
That's the difference the right guidance makes. Our Nonprofit Success Team exists to remove the friction - the paperwork, the guesswork, the waiting - so you can stay focused on what actually matters: the mission you're building.
To anyone reading this who's on the fence - take it as your sign. The hardest part is usually just starting, and that part can genuinely be easy and quick.

Thank you so much for this! 🎉 "Super easy and quick" is one of our favorite things to hear, because we know it's not what most people expect when they think about starting a nonprofit.
The truth is, so many founders put off their mission for months - sometimes years - because they've heard horror stories about how complicated, expensive, or drawn-out this process can be. We built InstantNonprofit specifically to change that narrative, and reviews like yours tell us we're doing exactly what we set out to do.
Farwa and Liz are two of the best in the business, and we know your experience with them reflects the care and expertise our whole team brings to every filing. We'll make sure they see this - it'll make their week!
If you're reading this and still weighing whether now's the time to start your nonprofit: let this review be your sign. With the right guidance, this process really can be simple and fast, and there's no reason your mission should wait any longer.
Congratulations again - we can't wait to see the impact you go on to make.

Vivek, we appreciate you sharing this - and we want to be straightforward with anyone reading.
We understand the 501(c)(3) process felt more involved than expected, and we take that seriously. But the record here is worth sharing: our team completed Articles of Incorporation, secured your EIN, submitted your 1023-EZ application, and when the IRS issued a Request for Additional Information, we drafted and prepared your full RFI response - which you confirmed was signed and submitted to the IRS.
That's not handing someone a candle. That's substantive, expert guidance through every stage we're permitted to support.
Here's the part that often surprises founders: once a 501(c)(3) application is under active federal review, the IRS requires certain communications to come directly from an authorized officer - not a filing service, not an attorney, not anyone acting on your behalf. That's IRS protocol, not a gap in our service. We provided the tracking information, the determination officer's contact details, and continued advising you throughout.
We also want to be transparent: after the RFI response was submitted in April 2025, there was no follow-up contact for approximately one year. We have no formal IRS denial letter on file for this case. The IRS process may still be open.
501(c)(3) recognition is a federal process with a federal timeline - and we're always honest about that. Our job is to remove every obstacle we can, prepare every document correctly, and guide founders as far as we're able. We've done that for thousands of missions just like yours.
If you'd like help closing this out properly, our offer of complimentary dissolution and close-out support still stands. Reach us at [email protected].

Steve, thank you so much for this incredibly kind review - it genuinely means the world to our team! 🎉

With the right guidance and a team that actually cares, the path from idea to IRS-approved organization is far more accessible than most people realize.
Farwa is one of the cornerstones of our client experience, and your words are a beautiful reflection of the dedication she brings to every single filing. Keeping clients informed, moving quickly, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks - that's the standard she holds herself to, and it shows.

Hearing that Farwa and Liz made the process easier to understand and navigate means everything to us. The 501(c)(3) process has a reputation for being intimidating - and honestly, that reputation keeps too many great missions on the sidelines. Our entire team exists to change that. When the right guidance is in place, the path forward becomes a lot clearer than most people expect.
What you've built with Al Khodor Foundation now has the legal foundation to grow, attract funding, and create lasting impact in the community you serve. That's not a small thing - and you did it. We just helped clear the road.
To anyone reading this who's been hesitating to start - Jamila's experience is not the exception. It's what we work hard to make the standard. Whether you're still figuring out the name of your organization or you're ready to file tomorrow, our team is here to walk with you every step of the way.

Establishing Dynamism To Peace International Foundation is no small thing - it's a declaration that your mission deserves permanence, legal standing, and the full protection that tax-exempt status provides. That kind of commitment takes courage, and you showed up for it completely.

Eddie, thank you so much for taking the time to share this - and for trusting us with something as meaningful as the Practicing Peace Project🙏
What you described is exactly why we do what we do. You came in nervous, unsure what to expect, and honestly? That's more common than most people realize. A lot of first-time founders assume starting a nonprofit has to be overwhelming, expensive, or that they'll get lost in a system with no one to turn to. You proved that it doesn't have to be that way.
We love that Liz showed up for you the way she did - picking up the phone, making it personal, and getting you what you needed in under 30 minutes. That's not an accident. That's the standard we try to hold ourselves to. Real people, real support, real care - every step of the way. We're not perfect - but we are trying :)
And now, because you took that leap, combat veterans and their families will have a pathway to lasting inner peace. That's not a small thing. That's a life-changing mission that almost didn't happen because the "getting started" part felt too intimidating. We're so glad you pushed through.
If you're reading this and you're on the fence - wondering if it's too complicated, too costly, or if you'll be left to figure it out alone - Eddie's story is your answer. The hardest part is starting. We'll handle the rest.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Ryan - we take every review seriously, and yours is no exception.
We're genuinely sorry the process felt frustrating, and we understand how disappointing it can be when timelines don't match expectations. You're building something meaningful, and delays at the start of that journey are especially hard.
That said, we want to be transparent with our community about what actually happened here, because accuracy matters.
Florida does not allow IRS-compliant Articles of Incorporation to be filed online when they contain the required Purpose and Dissolution (P&D) clauses - clauses that are mandatory for 501(c)(3) eligibility. Because these provisions cannot be submitted through Florida's online portal, fax (or mail) submission is required, and processing timelines are determined entirely by the state. We have the fax records confirming receipt - and when Florida lost the documents (which has happened to other clients as well), we resubmitted. This is the reality of government processing, not a failure on our part. I will gladly upload the image of successful faxes to your portal for you to review.
We also want to note respectfully that our checkout page is clear that the IRS filing step requires all fees to be collected prior to submission. That's not a hidden policy - it's there to protect our clients' momentum and our ability to serve them well.
We wish you nothing but success with your nonprofit. If you'd like to resolve this and move forward, our team is ready.

Kathy, thank you so much for sharing this - it genuinely means the world to our team. 💛
What you've built isn't just a nonprofit. It's a lifeline for children and families facing one of the hardest battles imaginable. Knowing that we played even a small role in helping you move that mission forward is exactly why we do this work.
We hear it often: *"I didn't think I could do this."* Too expensive. Too complicated. Too much paperwork. And for a lot of aspiring founders, those fears never get resolved - so the mission never gets off the ground. What you proved is that with the right guidance, it doesn't have to be that way. The path to 501(c)(3) status is clearer than most people think, and you navigated it beautifully.
That's what Instant Nonprofit is here for - to take the legal complexity off your plate so you can stay focused on the families who need you. Our team works hard to make sure every founder feels supported, informed, and genuinely ready to lead.
To anyone reading this who's still on the fence: Kathy's story is not the exception. It's what we work toward every single day. If you have a mission worth building, don't let fear of the process be the reason it stays a dream.
