To book a lesson directly, you can use the "Book Lesson" button in the top-right corner of your dashboard.  To access messages, select the "Chat" option in the lower part of the screen, where you can view your conversations with teachers. We'd like to clarify that the lesson commission is deducted from teachers (and it still remains the lowest in the market), not students. I wanted to let you know that in italki Classroom, teachers can use PowerPoint or share their screens, as long as they are using a computer. This feature is currently not available through the app for either teachers or students, you'll need to use a desktop or laptop to access screen sharing. We have seen many teachers find long-term success on our platform, and we’re happy to share tips. While we can’t guarantee lesson bookings, as student preferences play a major role, we’re here to support you with strategies and suggestions. Also, please note that language "openings" don’t open for new teachers often, and we maintain high requirements when accepting new educators.
