I places a order 3/25/22 and still haven't received it. I emailed the company for a refund and they said the order was delayed. Then I got a notification that my order was shipped 4/23/22 and it is now 5/9/22 and I still haven't received my order. Per their website I should have had my order in April. The worst service ever. I don't even know how to get a refund and I spent almost $50 on this order. I am pissed.
This site is clearly a SCAM!!!! Looks like they only deliver merchandise to their own kind. Those are the only ones who seem to receive their items (Chinese people). At least that's whose leaving the good reviews..... I placed an order 2 months ago. When I checked my tracking number and emailed several people asking about my order. They blamed the long wait on the pandemic. I am convinced it is all a lie. Well I also believe you reap what you soe. So good writtens know fashion style. I will be praying on your downfall.........
I recently placed an order for a strap dress and my order was never received. I did an online chat and requested for a refund. Bad Customer Service. Something is not right, some people are rating 5 Stars and that's not true. Knowfashionstyle should be ashamed of themselves. I have proof- I can log into my account.
I ordered 2 dresses in 3-30-2022 have not received anything can't contact them they claim that my order number or email is incorrect. This site is terrible. I will keep posting bad reviews until I get my order.
I am very angry about my purchases. 2 foot wear 1) jeans pants with colourful ribbons at the back material is crop (rubbish) the dress has no label the shoes has no size imprinted on the shoes. In other mass production quality of goods. This company needs to stop. Please report them to the customer service commissioner. It is big ripp off. It seems to me that the reviews is fake. I would like a full refund.
If there was an option for less than 1 star.. I would give them that...so instead.. I give 5👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾. They are very quick to take your funds but always an excuse a delay with processing and shipping and tracking and providing updates of your purchase from them. Have giving them the benefit of the doubt and ordered for a second and third time every time my order has been at least 2 months with getting to me and always an excuse for explanation of Chinese festival I've ordered from other Chinese manufacturers and have gotten my shipment quicker I will not be ordering from them ever again

OVERRATED! THE RATING IS ACTUALLY A "ZERO"! CHEAP clothes for cheap prices! High shipping and handling due to coming from China. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! RETURNS- forget about it! Too much trouble to return! Instead the company will try to offer a discount to keep you as a customer instead if refunding YOUR MONEY!!!

This company appears to be a copy and paste from other sites. I’ve made several attempts to try to reach them, when I finally got a response they tell me that it would cost me more than what I paid for the items because they are based in China, I should have known that they would pull this crap. So honestly they don’t honor their refund policy. Cheap clothing Cheap Company! I would never recommend them to anyone Period!
Dont ever order anything from this site, items are not what they appear to be on website when u receive the items. NO RETURN SYSTEM IN PLACE, RED FLAG!! i had to learn the hatd way. I will never order from know fashion style ever again
I ordered a slip dress with the lace overlay dress in a size xl, it probably will fit someone that wears an xs. The quality was terrible the slip was short and and super thin. Contacted them for a refund was advised to send them pictures of the product and shipping label and I would be responsible for return shipping fee. I will never order from Know fashion again.
