I don't understand why u still have to give a star when the experience should be NO STARS. 1 OF THE WORSE ONLINE COMPANIES CLOTHES ARE AFFORDABLE EXPEDITED SHIPPING COST MORE THAN THE OUTFIT, I ORDERED AN OUTFIT 6/2/26 WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO TAKE WITH ME ON A VACATION STILL HAVENT RECEIVED THE OUTFIT THAT I NOLONGER WANT BUT ONCE I COMPLAINED AND WANTED A REFUND THEY SHIPPED THE OUTFIT OUT 6/15 THAT I NO LONGER WANT OR NEED THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO TALK SMART DON'T LIKE THE COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE DON'T RECOMMEND 1 STAR YALL GET TOMATOES IF CURSING COULD HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED TRUST I HAD A FEW WORDS
What a horrific experience. I needed get a tracking number after a week no tracking number. I’D NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!! no tracking number! Emails said the package was only be 24hrs away then another email said it hadn’t left the factor after 10 emails their response was a automated response, they finally arrive a day apart but the shades were the same size I ordered 2 different sizes .. I would never deal with this company again

Still waiting on the items I purchased in July 2024 to be delivered August 2024. Now the site has removed my email, so I am unable to contact them. This action is a breach of consumer rights. Knowfashionstyle is a scam.
This is the 3rd time buying from this store. I bought this nice blue dress it look so rich, it fit well plus the color is popping guys. It look exactly as shown on the site

Customer service could not provide any update and wanted to wait until after their holiday to provide more information. Its been more than one month later and I still don’t have the item. My event was yesterday so I requested a refund and they CLAIM its been shipped so they cannot refund it.
I have ordered from them several times. The qiality of their clothing is very good. Their logistics is very disappointing though! Every time I order, hoping it will be different. They take as much as a whole month before shipping! I kid you not. My assistant, Bella is always very helpful and tolerant of my tantrums. 🤭

Knowledgefashionstyle exceed client expectation. After shpping my purchase it didn't even take more than a week to receive my package. The clothing that I bought is exactly the same as seen in their website. Exact colour and the size fit well and the I like it's material. Iam so impressed as their service was extremely excellent.
