They kept sending me a email saying I didn’t continue check out for my order so I ended up paying twice and when they canceled my 2nd order for me they also removed my discount for my order that I didn’t cancel and I asked for my tracking information and haven’t gotten anything back it’s been over a week and there’s no tracking information

The first time I ordered from them I received my order in a week and a half. Next time it took over 2 months due to the Chinese New Year they say. It supposed to kept getting extended, they claim they would give me a discount on my next order. Am thinking it would be $5 or more since I had to wait so long, the gave me a $1.45 I told them that’s not a discount. This order I have been waiting almost a month I got a response yesterday saying they’re going to mail it today. They clothes were ok, I will not order from them again, it’s a lot of clothing sites sell the same thing and it your items to you quicker. Like Lovely Wholesale I’ll stick with them.

I ordered on March 28 and it’s April 13th and still waiting on my items...they sent me a tracking number but it’s says it’s not in the system. I’m hoping I receive my items cuz I would like to be a returning customer but if I don’t I will not be returning

I ordered from this company about 2 months ago and received my package within a week. So, I ordered again on Dec 16 and still have yet to receive my package. I emailed them to find out what was going on because I had yet to receive tracking on the Dec 24th and thats when I was told it takes up to 5 business to get ordered packaged. Then it takes an additional 5 to 10 business days to ship out. Fedex will not deliver ubtil Jan 4th. I have never had this issue before with any other company. Be careful when placing orders with company because they are not giving accurate info on their shipping policy. I had to order all new outfits just for a certain occasion I thought outfits would be here in time. A lot of money losed!!!!!

I give them 2 Stars. I ordered 6 times big orders of minimum 5 to 15 dresses. Every order is a trouble. Look what they do after u pay. They order those dresses as they dont have them Actually. Then the process starts. They Wait for receiving the items then it will be sent out to you. The shipment fee they ask is way Too high and thats how they make the big Money. They have a nice collection on their Website. Once they told me after 2 weeks after i asked for my tracking no that 5 of 15 dresses are Not available anymore and i will not have a refund for shipment cause they sent out the items already. So i paid shipment for 15 dresses and received only 10 dresses!!!!!! Another time they sent out wrong Color of a dress. Next time they sent me a dress with a whole. I can say i made many experiences with them and Every Single order was s trouble! Plus expect 3 weeks for your items to be Received though you Pay for express shipping which is hilarious in 2019!!!

I'll give them 2 rating stars. One, the shipping was within a time manner. I recieved my package within 15 days. Two, this is a legit site. Now, to finalize the main reasons I am writing this rating. The jacket I purchased was nice but none of the details looked like what I recieved. First of all, my jacket zippers weren't the same color as my buckle belt holes and buttons. The zippers were gold on arm, side pocket, and main zipper. The belt buckle, hole loops, and the shoulder buttons were silver. Second of all, there weren't any belt hoops to hold the belt in. The belt was just swinging and hanging. And finally, the jacket was extra small not an extra large. There was no tag showing the size of the jacket on the inside. However, I do not think that thos jacket is worth $27.91 usd. Also, it's not worth it to send it back. Just thinking about the timing of returning it and waiting an additional 15 days again to recieve it. That's just to much. Ill just give it away to someone for a Christmas gift. Thanks for my package. But, unfortunately I wont be able to enjoy it.
