The item customer ordered was tested prior to shipping and graded A+, definitely not broken. All shipments are ensured for damage up to the destination of the order and international shipments are sent in sturdier boxes. In this particular case the customer ordered to a freight forwarder in Portland, Oregon and then the parcel was re-shipped on customer's behalf Internationally to Saudi Arabia. We have filed a damage claim on customer's behalf with USPS, status pending, and will provide compensation in-case the claim is granted, however if the damage happened internationally, customer maybe owed compensation by their freight forwarder.
