Dear Ms. Jones, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding the Legal Service Protection plan and would like to provide some clarification. Our records indicate that the Legal Service Protection agreement was reviewed, accepted, and electronically signed during your enrollment process. Additionally, you have been enrolled in the program for approximately three months, and our team was only notified yesterday 06/23/2026 that you had questions regarding this portion of your account. As soon as we were made aware of your concerns, our team attempted to contact you to discuss the matter and provide clarification. Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to reach you. We would also like to clarify the refund provisions associated with the Legal Service Protection plan. The agreement provides that a full refund of the initial payment may be issued if cancellation occurs within 13 days of the first payment clearing. The applicable provision states: "A full refund of your 1st payment will be issued if you cancel within 13 days from the date your 1st payment cleared and funds will be returned within thirty (30) days." According to our records, your request was received after this 13 day cancellation period had expired. As a result, the legal service fee paid to Veritas Legal cannot be refunded, as it falls outside the timeframe established in the agreement.
