Dear Zara, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear about your experience. As a kind note and as you have mentioned as well, our sets are made from single drawn hair. Single-drawn hair has a standard hair ratio where the hair contains a combination of varied hair lengths and does not undergo an additional sorting process to pick out shorter hairs. The hair is thick at the top and tapers off at the bottom, similar to how natural hair grows. Zara, we appreciate hearing your feedback and we will pass it along to our team for consideration.
