Matt, We truly appreciate your long-time support and are very sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced with your recent order. We understand how important timely delivery is, especially when you're relying on a replacement to get back up and running quickly. Your order was placed on April 3rd. Due to the time it was submitted, we were unfortunately unable to process and ship it that same day. However, it was shipped on April 4th, and according to FedEx tracking, it was delivered on Friday, April 5th at 9:00 AM. We’ve arranged for a member of our team to reach out to you directly to confirm the delivery of your package and work with you to resolve any concerns. Thank you again for your continued loyalty. We truly value your support and are committed to making this right.
