Dave, We sincerely apologize for any confusion and inconvenience regarding the ports on your iMac. The specifications listed on our website indicate that the 2021 iMac includes (2) USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports, (2) Thunderbolt / USB 4 ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and Gigabit Ethernet via the power adapter. We understand that discovering the need for an adapter after your purchase was frustrating, and we regret that this information wasn’t clearer upfront. Additionally, we apologize for the missed opportunity to apply the bundled discount. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will share it with our team to help improve the clarity of product details and promotions. If there’s anything we can do to assist further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your support and the opportunity to make things right! https://eshop.macsales.com/Service/
