Do not trust this company there a total scam and I definitely do not recommend! i traded this company though whatsapp and they too my money and sent me all expired products and they refused to refund me. I believe this website and company are working together and are a scam iv loss so much money over of£7000 this company! I even live chatted with this company and sent a email but they still failed to sort this out as I even sent them the company details and number and it's still hasn't been resolved it's a disgrace. I am down £3500 to a bunch of crooks in Shanghai called Shandong Luhuan New Material Co., Ltd. this profile is part on an extended group of fraudulent websites from the same people. Don't get caught out, simply avoid them altogether.

This is becoming of Chinese companies. I was also defrauded of $25,000 up till now no solutions to my problem. I have hired lawyers , so far nothing is happening. It seems like the Chinese government are part of this fraud. When you try to contact their embassies they will not give you any useful information or any support. Forwarder on made in China problem
I met one forwarder (fedy logistics) on made in China website, first they refused payment through made in China. I contacted madeinchina to verify this problem and they replied me about 2 weeks later during this time it was not possible to reach any customer service representative. Their response was they don't provide payment service for forwarder. Forwarder pushed me to pay through western union and it was higher amount than our agreement . After payment on western union I received shortage item I tried to solve but still nothing solved. And response from madeinchina is I got to go embassy to solve the problem but on business card they continue to use website madeinchina. If you are not providing any customer service which registered on your website, just let us know. As I mentioned before she told me that madeinchina doesn't allow logistic payment through system. I connected service team to approve that and they approved that you don't accept payments for logistics. Now my case is going on Chinese embassy.

Two problems with HY-550WJ import
Two problems: 1) shipping: ACT d.o.o should not be included, because they are not professional. They charge things with only one explanation: Take it, or leavi it! This was actual 30 years ago, not now. 2) Description of the Lawn mower HY-550WJ. It's OK for Loncin engine, but very poor for all around with many falseness. For example: Cutting high can't be set as it is written in instructions, etc.

2 stars is fair, I have ordered before with no issues from made in china, but I stupidly decided to make a big order for motorbikes, the supplier etc was all vetted by the website so I assumed all was safe but NO! Scammed literally infront of the website to view and they won't do a thing, I would go to allibaba if your considering ordering anything from china atleast everything is up front and your insured with them.
Scammed $12,000 AUD Through Made-In-China
Scammed $12,000 AUD by a company operating through Made-In-China. Placed the order with a deposit, then paid the final amount when it was ready to ship. They send us photos of the 2 crates of steel sheet which supposedly weighted 7000kg. When It arrived, we were suprised that our 2.5T forklift lifted the entire 7T load with ease. When we opened the crates, one was completely empty and the other has 1 sheet of steel in it. When are getting no help from the manufacturer and even Made-In-China disputes have come back to us supporting the supplier. they have told us to take legal action or to contact the embassy in China..... goo luck with that. Cannot be trusted.
