I work for a US based company and we placed an order to Shanghai Huanan Steel through Made-in-China.com. Total cost of product was $6408 and we transferred them $3204 on December 22, 2023. Transaction ID 8002751775.
Upon non receipt of items I contacted dispute1-at-Made-in-China.com on February 22, 2023 and Georgina asked me to pay the renaming $3204 for the order to be shipped. So we transferred them reaming $3204 on February 22. Transaction ID 8005260777.
Now it’s April. Vendor is lost. Same Georgina is saying we are just a platform and not a party while I have it in writing from her to transfer remaking 50% amount for the order to be shipped.
It’s not about vendor being at fault or otherwise, the platform needs to take responsibility and provide safety to customer. We don’t the vendor we are relying on Made-in-China while making payment.
I hope someone responsible will look into it and customers will make sure they work with Alibaba if the payment is large and need assurances of completion.

Hello. I would like to share my experience with this company. I placed an order for accessories for the PlayStation 5. The order was placed and paid for on 02/19/2023. The seller promised delivery within 7 days to Russia. Later, he sent me a tracking number to track the package, which indicated the destination USA. He assured me that after the package was delivered to America, it would be sent to Russia and I would receive a new track number to track the package. after the parcel arrived in America, I wrote to the seller asking him to send a new tracking number, but he did not answer me. I was scammed out of $1000. As proof, I have screenshots of the correspondence.

However they ask now 118 dollar for shipment by DHL!

Don't ever trust these people they will promise you everything until you send them the money and then they make up these excuses that "DHL" can't deliver to your address whilst I received products from DHL before. Some names: Joy Zhou, Mr. Bert. I got scammed 240 euros which is almost 2 months pay for me.

I dealt with Weihai Fantastic Sports also known as Techsurf. Out of 30 inflatable paddle boards 8 blew seams on the first inflations, 27 had the wrong fins, 3 were lost in transport. The CEO Dorain Gao has no intention of honouring the warranty he promised or making a claim with the shipper and blocked me from contacting him. Do yourself a favor and avoid Weihai Fantastic Sports or Techsurf if you are looking for water sport equipment.

He will not take any order unless it's through WhatsApp instead of the official site (I'm assuming because you can delete messages). Plus will not accept PayPal only telegraphic transfer- so you can't lodge a dispute and get your money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Made-in-China site does nothing when lodging a complaint…. You'll never hear back from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Have been dealing with Dongguan Xinguan Swimwear through made in China site, if you enjoy quality AND your money do not buy from them! Samples were great and then when ordering large quantities, was sent inferior apparel plus large amount of missing items. So now they have my money in credit (thousands) and I have apparel that I can't even sell. Mr Allen Tian you're a disgusting and disappointing excuse of a human being.

On WhatsApp a trader using a sub-domain of the site was also sending me .xls files so I was suspicious not to open any. Could easily contain malware.
Then screenshots of payment record, obviously to make out they are real, but a real company wouldn't need to do that.
Then I check here and looks very scammy operation.
I have not done business with them so gave an average rating.
So no trust this website I wished I had reas the comments before I dealt with a a company guanli garment the product were not what I saw and was sold , poor quality no good finishing and not labelled it is better to buy in the uk pay more but you know the a quality no happy can return
