Perfect Gift!
It was my favorite gift we gave our baby and I 100% want to start gifting these because it’s such a fun keepsake and worth the money. The product is so well made and hand stitched. We love that we don't have to worry about it falling apart even in the hands of wiggly toddlers!

I ordered 2 custom made personalized…
I ordered 2 custom made personalized baby baskets. My friends are having twins so I wanted to give them something special for each baby. Unfortunately on of the baskets I order I misspelled the baby's name. Her middle name is spelled 2 ways and I chose the wrong way. Totally my fault, but I emailed the company and they said they would fix the mistake for me. I was so excited, until I got the message that they had just shipped out the baskets and wasn't able to fix my mistake. My timing is always this good.... I of course had to order the one basket again and made sure I fixed my misspelling this time. I received another message 2 days after I reordered the 1 basket. The company noticed I ordered another basket with the correct spelling, and without me even asking they offered to refund me a partial payment for the basket I MESSED UP. This company is going to refund me some of my money for a basket I messed up. I received the 2 original baskets yesterday and they are beautiful. I know that the correct basket will be just as beautiful and will be here this weekend. I know this because the company has reached out to me to let me know that it has been shipped and that it is expected a few days after the original shipping date, but at the USPS issues not theirs. They just wanted me to know. I will be a faithful customer for anything I need personalized.

Supposed to receive personalized dog…
Supposed to receive personalized dog toy box, now a month later it has not arrived. Was told it has been returned to sender because of insufficient address. they had the correct address. Have disputed charge. Don't do business with this company.
