Dear Jeff, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the health concern with Lovie and the communication challenges you faced with the breeder. Once the issue was reported, we worked closely with your wife to arrange a recheck and provided an additional reimbursement in accordance with our health guarantee and the veterinarian's documentation. We are also currently reviewing the breeder's handling of the situation to help prevent similar issues in the future. Please know we’re always here to support you. It’s heartwarming to hear that Lovie is doing well and clearly very loved by your family. If there’s anything more we can assist with, don’t hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, The Mawoo Pets Team
