Ordered a home machine from the company in Nov. 2025 paid $3800 for it. Never received it. Have been given excuses after excuses every month. Do not deal with this company.

One of many Meditech victims.
I was the first doctor in the continental United States to own the BioFlex Laser equipment manufactured by Meditech International in Toronto, Canada. I became very good friends with Fred Kahn, MD, owner of Meditech. I eventually purchased five BioFlex devices. I was a speaker at several Meditech/BioFlex international conferences, and was awarded international practitioner of the year in 2009. I am now retired. My remaining BioFlex unit needed repair and was sent to their facility. The directors of the repair department, Yamini, and the BioFlex Clinic, Slava Kim, are the only two people in the entire company who can be trusted. Yamini explained that my BioFlex unit was 13 years old and parts may not be available. She would do her best. In the meantime, I contacted the sales department asking what a new device would cost. The head of that department, Noel Augustine, made what appears to be a deal too good to be true. I sent them $6,000 and never received the new device. Fortunately, Yamini and her staff were able to repair my original unit. I paid for the repair and it was promptly returned. After six months of not receiving the new unit, I asked for a refund. I saved all my email communications between all departments. I hear nothing back from Noel, the finance department, or the CEO. It has been a year. I have found out that a similar situation exists with another practitioner of the year who paid $9,000 and neither received the equipment nor the refund. Meditech does not discriminate by national origin. They have stolen money from one of the very best practitioners who lives in Canada. I believe it is time for me to ask Dr. Kahn's daughter to ask the Fraud Division of the Toronto Police Department to read the reviews on Trustpilot, and have them contact those doctors who have been victimized.

Fraudulent Employee Mr Sam Zhang or Fraudulent Company
Issued a PO to this company, their representative Mr Sam Zhang issued a Proforma Invoice with a different Beneficiary Name when we asked about this and informed him that to make the payment from our side we need to change the company name in our PO and also they need to reissue their Invoice under this new company name to which he confirmed and reissued the invoice. We made the payment and then a week later when we followed up he said there is some delay and the item will be ready a week later, then after that we followed up 3 times to which there was no response. Then we found two other email addresses and kept them in Cc and send a 4th reminder to which this person Mr Sam responded claiming "it is a strange email" and that he did not receive any of our previous emails. Now he is claiming that we transferred payment to some other company despite having email confirmations from his side. Either this Mr Sam Zhang is trying to cheat us or their company knowingly is trying to cheat us. We have all the email evidences of the communications, it can be shared if required.
