Lie, Lie and more Lies. Please do not believe their Instagram or their website. They have 4 hair grades 10a to 13a. I ordered 12a which is close to 13a so I thought I would at least get quality hair because it's near the best hair. The hair I ordered l'd compare it to beauty supply hair. I would have expected this if I order the lowest grade but I ordered next to the highest. Why such a big difference? Its had a lot of short hair and the curly hair was very dry nothing great about it. Nothing like the pictures on their IG. She said I could not return the hair I didnt open so I am stuck with bad hair. Thats ok just dont be a fool like me. Please save your money and do not buy from them. I should have known when she didn't want to video chat with me to see the hair and barely wanted to show me pictures. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
