This is the kind of review that fires us up. The whole point is that you're not just getting a box of parts, you're getting something built with intention. Glad the unboxing experience told that story before you even turned it on. Thanks for choosing us over the big guys, and enjoy the rig!

Watson, communication and packaging are two things we obsess over, so this is great to hear. Appreciate the recommendation and glad it showed up ready to go!

Charlie, no complaints is the best compliment. Glad you're loving the prebuilt. Thanks for the review!

Jake, this might be one of the best reviews we've ever gotten. The fact that you called out the guidance, the packaging, and the whole process feeling like one seamless experience tells us we're doing it right. Also glad we beat UPS this time. Thanks for trusting us with your build.
