购买了大浦环并每年订阅以防止怀孕。还买了排卵试纸，在app提示的时候测试排卵。在我第一次产后月经和母乳喂养期间（从产后 11 个月开始）这样做了四个月。它在预测我的月经方面非常准确，但不擅长跟踪我的排卵，尽管不断进行测试并戴着戒指 24/7。我经历了一次意外怀孕，当我查看应用程序说我排卵的那一天时，我记录的体温是整周最低的。我不确定母乳喂养是否在其中发挥了作用，但我不推荐这种方法为了防止怀孕，因为排卵追踪对我来说无效。
