I can’t be more thankful for Natural Cycles! I used the Natural Cycles Band and got pregnant on my very first cycle after having my IUD removed. Natural Cycles predicted my ovulation date perfectly, and we still can’t believe it! I’m so grateful I decided to use Natural Cycles and will definitely continue using it throughout my pregnancy and afterward. 10/10 recommend! ❤️
Awesome onboarding! This is a real "woman-rights" experience because is the best way to know yourself, your cycles, and to understand the female world in essence. Really useful to understand what happens and why it happens.
I have used NC for 3 years now and its been such a good platform for me to track my cycle. I also use it as a form of birth control and have not had any scares since using it. The NC temp wrist band is a gamechanger and I am so glad they brought one out as I didn't like manual temping at all due to my sleep cycle being irregular.
DO NOT TRUST THIS APP it is misleading and unreliable. I wanted to see if I can use it for trying to conceive. Every cycle it was horribly wrong. Flagged fertile and important days as not fertile, and vice versa. It is overpriced and useless.

I have successfully prevented and conceived when either one was our goal. The app is insightful and allows for a lot of data input. It's been great for tracking my cycles and preventing/trying to conceive. I like the interface and it was helpful during postpartum as well. I prevented for 18 mos and conceived immediately upon trying. While I know many factors contribute to this, I know NC was crucial.
False advertising. We bought a three-month subscription expecting to use our basal thermometer, but “I already have a thermometer” is not even an option during setup. We spent over an hour uninstalling the app and trying the website before discovering that we had to register through a QR code. The process feels deliberately confusing and designed to push customers toward buying an Apple Watch, Garmin or Oura Ring. Extremely money-driven and unacceptable..

I contacted customer service about billing issues and only a bot is responding to me with generic replies and not even addressing my concern. I've received the same reply twice, word-for word, totally disregarding what the actual problem is.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Natural Cycles. It has helped me understand my body in a way I never did before. The app is easy to use, and I love how it clearly explains my cycle, fertile days, and trends over time. Having that information has made me feel much more informed and confident about my reproductive health.
I'm using Oura, Natural Cycles and LH strips to confirm ovulation. Natural Cycles over the period of 6 months was never correct in predicting ovulation. It is synced with my Oura ring that I wear 24/7 It is entirely unreliable and dangerous if you use it as the only way of avoiding getting pregnant.

i went through so many period apps before natural cycles and they just weren’t as good, even with the subscription. i thought i would give NC a try sense i had an oura ring and it was the best decision i ever made. it tracks my temperature and lets me know when to use protection (especially since im not trying got a baby…. yet)
I love it, i can understand my body and the natural hormones in it. I can be less stress about getting pregnant when I see that I ovulated already and that i get green days too.
I have been using for three months and learnt so much in that time. It’s easy to use and give a lot of information.
Extremely frustrated by the complete lack of integrity in Natural Cycles' billing. In August 2024, a kind agent named Tori-Ann helped me and explicitly promised me in writing that my subscription rate was grandfathered at $99.99 for all upcoming renewals. Despite this written commitment, they raised my price anyway. When I reached out last year (2025) to resolve it, customer care agent, Nathalia ignored the written proof, refused to honor the price lock, and sent a generic copy-pasted script offering a 10% discount. I let it go out of frustration when the automated billing went through. I reached out again on July 13, 2026, politely providing the screenshot proof and explicitly requesting a billing supervisor. Unbelievably, customer service, Nathalia, again sent an email the next day with the exact same copy-pasted script from last year, brushing off a written contract promise as mere "feedback" to forward to a "wider team." When Tori-Ann helped me I felt like they cared, and now it feels and shows it’s just all about the money. A written commitment from a company should mean something. They treat loyal long-term users terribly while throwing better promotions at new ones. Do not trust their pricing promises.

I’ve been using this app for years and it really helps me - when planning for a baby and then preventing and to track my period. I’ve got to know my body a lot more - how I tend to feel in each stage of my cycle and how to make the most of when I have more energy
Easy to use and understand. Love the subscription auto renewed so I don’t have to worry about it. Using to natural family plan and currently 17 months pp and still breastfeeding.

NC is the best app for contraception and pregnancy planning. I've been using it for 6 years now can't live without it anymore x
I cancelled my account and they still charged me $150.
