Godsend for sheltered girls

Love how easy it is to understand and learn about my body, things school never taught me, and I'm able to keep myself protected from pregnancy without messing up my precious hormones.

Not very accurate

I’m really struggling with Natural Cycles at the moment. I’ve been wearing the band every night for almost 4 months and it’s still getting my predictions wrong. I currently have it on plan pregnancy and for the past two months it’s given me a fertile window and then around a week later will update to different dates which have already passed. This is incredibly frustrating whilst trying to conceive as it means we’ve now missed two fertile windows. This month it was also 5 days early in predicting my period which makes no sense as I start my period 11 days exactly after my fertile window, which has been tracked correctly since I started using natural cycles.

Doesn't work at all anymore - used to be brilliant!

If I had written this review anytime between 2019 and 2023 my review would have been a glowing five stars. I've used Natural Cycles on and off since 2019, for both contraceptive purposes then later Plan Pregnancy then Follow Pregnancy. All three modes, using the thermometer, I would have sworn by. However, I renewed my subscription several months ago in Plan Pregnancy mode to try for a second baby. This came with the new bracelet, which I would give 0 stars if I could. Completely inaccurate measurements (when cross referenced with thermometers) caused a lot of confusion and later stress as a huge 'temperature drop' falsely suggested I was losing a baby when I wasn't. Ovulation dates have also jumped all over the place after the fact, including a nonsensical conclusion that I ovulated 5 days prior to any positive LH tests which also led to a false reading for my luteal phase, subsequently leading to wildly inaccurate estimations for all subsequent months on the basis of just one month, despite several years of my history displaying a very consistent 12-day luteal phase. The month I stopped paying attention to NC is the month I finally conceived. It makes me sad to write this as I have always sworn by NC and would have recommended it to anyone. However I would now suggest not to touch it with a barge pole, unless a huge algorithm overhaul and relook at the bracelet took place. Thankfully I have been trying to conceive this time, but I dread to think what errors might be taking place for those using NC for contraceptive purposes. Not sure quite how or why it has changed so dramatically - it used to be brilliant.

If i only could give this app 0 stars! Works terrible! I’ve used it in combination with the oura ring as a way of anti conception, but it gives weird and wrong predictions! Even if you just calculate your ovulation period would be more accurate than this app. Strongly don’t recommend this app! They want you to go into the yearly subscription too, because they know that after two months of use you’ll regret having it.

I am writing to formally demand a refund

I am writing to formally demand a refund of the £89.99 renewal charge taken on 17th June 2026. I have not used this service in months and have received no benefit from it. Furthermore, I was not sent a clear, timely notification email regarding this specific renewal or the price increase. I was sent one email which went into my junk inbox. I am unable to make contact with a human being. Absolutely shocking company and I will never trust them with my fertility again. DO NOT USE.

Educational and effective

I can’t believe it took this app and until my 30s to learn about my cycle! An educational app & effective birth control so far (been using for 10 months)

Easy to use & to track my cycle

Extremely Disappointing …

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Natural Cycles. The biggest issue isn’t even the product itself…it’s the shipping and customer service. Natural Cycles chose to partner with Cirro as their carrier despite the company’s well-documented history of delivery complaints and poor customer experiences. Knowing Cirro’s reputation, it is frustrating that Natural Cycles continues to use them and then places the burden of delivery failures on paying customers. The first shipment was never properly delivered. The second time, the package was carelessly tossed in plain sight outside my home despite there being a secure mailbox available. Unsurprisingly, the package was stolen. When I contacted customer service, I expected Natural Cycles to take responsibility for the poor delivery service they chose to use. Instead, I was told I would need to pay 50% of the replacement cost for a new band. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my subscription even though I cannot use the service without the missing device. What makes this even more frustrating is that Natural Cycles markets itself as a company that supports women on their fertility and pregnancy journeys. Anyone trying to conceive already deals with enough stress, uncertainty, and emotional investment. Instead of providing support, this entire experience has created nothing but additional stress, headaches, and frustration…exactly the opposite of what someone trying to get pregnant needs. As a customer, I should not be financially responsible for the consequences of an unreliable carrier selected by the company. I paid for a product and subscription that I never had a fair opportunity to use. Rather than making things right, Natural Cycles shifted the burden onto me and expected me to pay even more for a problem I did not cause. At this point, it feels less like a company focused on helping women and more like a company focused on protecting its bottom line while customers are left dealing with the consequences. If Natural Cycles chooses to partner with a carrier that repeatedly fails customers, they should stand behind those deliveries instead of asking customers to absorb the loss. I cannot recommend Natural Cycles based on my experience. Rating: 0/5 ⭐ – A fertility-focused company should reduce stress, not add to it.

I love this app so much

Love the app

Love the app! Easy to use and great info about my body. I immediately imputed about 6-9 months of my past period info. With that data and the natural cycles band it was able perfectly predict the day of my ovulation (confirmed with LH test) and period on the first month. It’s also really pretty visually and easy to read. My only complaint is that the app is always pushing education and some of it is about subjects I’d prefer not to see.

Perfect & easy

I wear my oura ring all the time. With that, the accuracy of NC is higher due to the constant & consistent data. My fiancé & I are practicing celibacy until our wedding, so the real test is once we get there. However, the app needs 2-3 months of regular use to get used to your body’s natural temperature and rhythm so that the predictions are more accurate so it works out perfect for me! I love all the tips and articles they give and how they explain what’s happening in MY body rather than something just overall.

10/10 Hormonal Free Birth Control

I've been with Natural Cycles for about 4 years now, and I love them. I've used all their temperature measuring tools and am recently on their NC band, which is so easy and syncs so well with the app. Speaking of the app is so easy to use and I love the blog and educational features because female reproductive health was soemthing that was never taught to me and I feel is so important for us to know and understand. And the cherry on top is that their customer service is next level! Forget all the other Cycle Tracker apps - you'll love Natural Cycles :) 10/10 Hormonal Free Birth Control! - That's what I use it for - But they also help women plan pregnancy too, whatever you need it for - they've got you! 💜

Never going back

I got off hormonal birth control 2 years ago It’s very on track, the only app I have found to be on track, I’ll never go back to hormonal birth control. The subscription is worth it
