Your recent order was placed on 1/18 and shipped on 1/20 (our office was briefly closed due to a snowstorm), and USPS made it available at your local post office for pickup on 1/27. Even with the weather delay, it was still within the 7–10 business days quoted for the standard shipping method selected, but we understand that waiting can still feel frustrating. Regarding Amazon, some of our products are listed there, and in many cases they’re actually shipped directly by our team as well. However, not all of our items are available on Amazon (including the product you ordered) and we’re also able to offer special pricing and discounts when ordering directly through our website. If you ever need assistance selecting a faster shipping option or have questions about availability, please reach out. We’re always happy to help.

The email does state that this discount applies to "one-time supplement purchases only" and cannot be combined with EasyAutoShip plans, along with other exclusions. Your order was for an EasyAutoShip plan which is why the EXCLUSIVE discount was not applied, as you are already receiving a 15% discount and reduced shipping and handling.
