My experience was very good
My experience was very good, but when you ask me to check the stars for how well your company did, and I do that, and that sends me to another webpage which now asks me to do market research for you, your rating drops. Don't ask your customer to do that. Just thank them for the rating and move on.

Been using you many many years always amazing Unfortunately this order was not complete due to out of stock product. This was not shown at time of order or payment What a shame we now will have too wait for order I assume product in stock will not be sent. Thank you
