While we do offer introductory videos for skills preparation, our platform is primarily made up of practice tests designed to help you practice and prepare. We are sorry to hear that some of the instructions are not clear. We do have customer service agents available to answer any of your questions, as well as a helpful AI tool installed directly in the practice tests to assist with any questions you may have. While we do not offer bow tie questions, we do provide similar drag-and-drop questions along with multiple case studies to enhance your preparation.
