Because of that, the package may appear partially empty depending on the size of the container used by the manufacturer. This product is not packaged by OLMA Caviar, so we do not control the packaging format or container size they choose. The manufacturer’s information is listed on the label, and you are welcome to contact them directly with any production-related concerns. On our end, we have verified that the label information is accurate and that the net weight is correct.

We are very sorry for your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. Your order was shipped and delivered on time in our insulated packaging, which is designed to maintain a safe temperature for up to 72 hours under normal transit conditions. However, from the delivery photo, it appears the box was left outside in direct Arizona sun, which can quickly overwhelm ice packs if the package is not retrieved soon after delivery. In this case, it also appears that the closed gate prevented the driver from placing the package on your shaded porch. We kindly recommend, whenever possible, retrieving perishable packages as soon as you can after delivery or using a shaded delivery box at your gate.
