Total waste of time and money. After picking and paying for a couple of pairs of trainers they come back after two weeks to say they are out of stock. They partially refunded but the rip off bit is that they then still charged an “internal shipping” fee of £12, to ship shoes that don’t exist, how does that work ?

Everything arrived in mint condition. • Great Customer Service: Their team is super responsive and helpful. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately. • User-Friendly Interface: The website is intuitive and very easy to navigate, making the whole purchasing process a breeze. I would like to take a moment to share my experience with OOTDBuy, as it has consistently exceeded my expectations in every possible way. After placing more than fifteen orders through their platform, I can confidently say that I have never encountered a single serious issue. The entire process, from ordering to delivery, has always been handled with an impressive level of professionalism and efficiency. What truly sets OOTDBuy apart, however, is their outstanding customer support. Their team responds very quickly and with remarkable clarity, ensuring that any questions or concerns are addressed almost immediately. It is rare to find a service where communication feels this smooth and reliable, and it has made every transaction feel secure and stress-free. I would especially like to highlight Tian Luo, the manager, who has proven to be exceptionally trustworthy and professional. Her approach to customer relations reflects a high level of integrity and dedication. Working with her gives a genuine sense of confidence, as she consistently ensures that everything is handled properly and fairly. In my experience, she is one of the most reliable and competent managers I have ever dealt with. There was only one instance where a delivery issue occurred, which can happen with any service. What impressed me most was how it was handled. Within 24 hours, the situation was fully resolved, and I received a complete refund without any complications. This level of accountability and responsiveness is something that deserves real recognition. Overall, I can honestly rate the service a solid 10 out of 10. OOTDBuy combines efficiency, reliability, and exceptional customer care in a way that is difficult to find elsewhere. Based on my repeated positive experiences, I can strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and professional service.

Ootdbuy is a Great Agent the support is really fast and good. The only thing that is kinda annoying that if you want to refund an item you have to create a ticket in their discord server and not just do it by yourself on the website. Except that everything is perfect
